Great cinema, staff are very friendly and helpful. Food is a bit pricey but is a great place to see a movie.
Came here many times and the staff are very polite the cinema and seats are kept exceptionally clean .

Cinema screens are great. Food is good. However the queuing system for ice cream is weird. I stood behind the ice cream counter to buy ice cream, asked the lady behind the counter if we could get tickets from that till as well (I was asking for someone else & I was told yes), then I patiently waited until she finished. Then she called over someone from the queue behind the other counters (where the pop corn are). She clearly saw me standing there and she did not even bother to tell me that we have to queue behind the other counters to come over to get ice cream. It was pretty obvious I was expecting to be served. By that time the other queues were long and that whole experience put me off buying anything else. I understand that she was probably doing her job, as she was told to do. But I would've appreciated it if I was told I wasn't to queue there. Other than that everyone is always friendly and happy and I love the location of this cinema :)
The most convenient cinema for those living in the town center area and compared to the other two (West Swindon and Greenbridge retail) this is the best for comfort and is rarely fully booked meaning you can enjoy your film without much disturbance. As one would expect the prices for drinks and snacks like all cinemas is quite inflated and you are better off purchasing something from supermarket below and sneaking it in than paying £3 for a £1 bag of sweets at the counter. For those travelling in from outside of town you will find it cheaper to park elsewhere and walk the short distance to the cinema. I gave this review 4 rather than 5 due to the poor maintenance of the toilet facilities which every time I've needed to use have been clean but still smell awful one would assume they clean it once a month.

Nice place. Friendly staff. Seats OK if a little cramped but I am very tall. Only real disappointment was having one member of bar staff on so long queues and being charged silly prices for the drinks. Otherwise nice. The show we saw was very funny and really enjoyable. Stage stuff all worked fine and the auditorium was good.
Really enjoyed Peter Pan, the most interactive pantomime we've been to. Fairly small theatre but that just means a great view from any seat.

The best, intimate venue for small productions and acts. It can get firstly warm in there, so don't dress like an Eskimo even if it's cold outside 🙂, you'll sweat like mad! I perform here in the run up to Christmas and absolutely love being close to the audience. The stage is a great size, not too big, but not too small either.
Nice small theatre in the original Swindon on top of the hill. Visited there on Saturday to see a childrens show with Santa. Went with my daughter and great grandaughter. Use to perform there in an amateur drama group. Worth visiting.#TheFoureyedPoet.

My teenage son has done almost a year of Prime Theatre now and has got alot out of it. He's demonstrably grown in confidence and commitment as the year has gone on, and has found the groups to be challenging in just the right way. He also likes the fact that the groups take place in the theatre. He's now exploring whether he would like to do the additional scriptwriting and technical groups too to expand his skills for further education. Thanks Prime people!
